具身智能算法研究员 - 人类数据（Human Data）方向 深圳、上海 全职 智能机器人板块 职位描述 1. 第一人称感知算法开发： 研发基于第一人称视角（Egocentric View）的 3D 人体重建、动作生成、手势追踪及动作捕捉建模算法，从复杂的真实场景中提取高质量的运动指令，助力数据驱动的具身智能算法研究；2. 高精度人体重建： 利用 SMPL / SMPL-X / MANO等参数化模型、多视角几何及神经渲染等技术，实现对人类动作行为的高精度重建，解决人体自遮挡、大范围运动等困难场景下的稳健估计问题，加速业界前沿的大规模 In-the-wild 人类数据采集和数据处理任务；3. 动作生成与迁移（Retargeting）： 研究人类动作到异构机器人本体（包括但不限于全尺寸人形本体、灵巧手）的语义映射与动力学对齐，构建从“人类示范”到“机器人策略”的自动化数据管线；4. 人类数据模型训练： 参与构建人类数据基座模型训练，将第一手模型理解与数据采集实践相结合，为 VLA / WAM 等前沿架构的具身基座模型提供大规模 Human-data 数据，提升机器人在非结构化环境下的泛化能力；5. 前瞻研究与落地： 跟踪 ICRA
