项目管理高级工程师 北京、上海 全职 智能制造 / 工业互联网 / 工业自动化 职位描述 1、负责制造工程平台&车型项目全周期管理：启动、规划、执行、监控、变更、收尾等；涵盖前期产线规划、同步工程，到工艺开发、试制造车，再到产线安调、造车支持以及最终的产线交付。2.负责组织新车型开发制造工程整体项目计划、预算、质量及问题管理；3.负责组织新车型开发制造工程IVDP阀点交付物管理；4.负责组织新车型开发EP-PPV-SOP冲焊涂总及尺寸整体进度管理；5.负责组织新车型开发制造工程项目周例会、技术专题会等会议管理。6.开发与优化适用于本领域的项目管理流程、标准、工具，并推动部门内部的流程改进与效率提升 职位要求 1. 本科以上学历，8年以上汽车制造工程项目管理相关工作经验，至少主导过两款以上车型项目管理，有成熟批量车型经验；2. 专业能力 : 熟悉汽车整车研发流程（如GVDP等）；对汽车产品及工艺较熟悉；有较强的项目管理思维，对制造工程QCD及风险控制有自身深刻理解及较系统的方法；有焊装、总装专业规划经验优先3. 有较强的策划能力、组织能力和沟通能力；有强烈的使命感和责任感，对于目标达成极为执着 投递...
