Mission Details Assist superior to develop PMP for mechanical & electrical equipment 协助上级制定机电设备的维护保养计划； Implement the mechanical equipment PM and reactive maintenance and increase the reliability 执行机电设备的检修和维护保养，保证机电设备正常运转，提高机电设备可靠性； Required Profile 3年以上化工厂机电实际维修经验，最好有高危化工厂工作经验，熟知化工动火、受限空间、高处作业安全规范。技校或职业高中以上，机电专业； 良好的中文沟通技能及团队协作精神;必须持有电工证；无色盲等禁忌证;基本的OFFICE办公软件技能 Word/ Excel / PPT；最好可以阅读英文操作手册； 熟练掌握化工厂常用输送泵的结构原理、故障诊断;掌握离心泵/磁力泵等拆解与回装标准化流程，熟练完成泵体解体、叶轮、轴承拆装、机封更换等操作;熟悉气动、电动隔膜泵结构，熟练完成隔膜泵整机拆解，隔膜片、密封垫圈等更换。掌握搅拌釜机械密封的拆装更换，熟悉不同型式的机械密封结构，了解不同的机封冲洗型式。具备设备润滑与保养知识;掌握风机皮带等传动部件装配;掌握化工工艺管道拆装、垫片密封、试压作业；熟知化工管道安全作业规范;熟练掌握管壳式/板式换热器结构；具备封头拆装、垫片更换等配合化学清洗、高压水清洗的作业能力;熟悉储罐呼吸阀、阻火器的清理;掌握化工厂常用阀门类型，结构特点、承压等级、密封形式、介质适配范围。熟练掌握手动/气动开关球阀拆装解体、密封件更换；了解气缸，电磁阀等原理，并具备气路排查能力;熟练掌握丝锥、板牙、拉马、千斤顶、测厚、测振等工具的规范使用;熟练使用百分表、塞尺、激光对中仪完成泵与电机联轴器精找正;熟悉零部件配合公差，熟练掌握轴承/轴套装配技能;熟练掌握机械液压原理和维修技能;台账管理：熟练记录设备检修、保养台账，总结设备故障规律，落实设备预防性维保。熟悉 LOTOTO 程序、掌握设备断电、挂牌、泄压、置换等安全操作，具备隐患排查、应急处置能力。 加分项:可以阅读工艺流程图（P&ID），熟悉批次化工设备维修；...
