销售经理（威汇智能） 惠州 全职 职位描述 1.深耕半导体赛道:负责公司3D/2D视觉检测设备在半导体前道(晶圆加工)或后道(封装测试)领域的市场推广与销售,重点攻克晶圆缺陷检测、芯片封装外观检测(AVI)、引线相架检测、Die Bond/Wire Bond检测等场景。2.技术方案攻坚:面向Fab厂、封测厂(OSAT)及设备商(OEM),深入理解客户在微米级检测、良率提升(YieldEnhancement)及产能爬坡中的痛点,结合公司3D视觉方案(结构光/共聚焦激光三角法)提供针对性的技术答疑与Demo演示。3.全生命周期管理:主导从商机挖掘、技术交流、样机验证(POC)、商务谈判直至批量复购的全流程,协调内部FAE及研发资源解决现场(On-site)技术难题。4.生态壁垒构建:维护与半导体设备代理商、集成商(SI)及KOL(关键意见领袖,如生产经理、PE工程师)的长期深度关系,建立稳固的Information Network。5.竞品与市场洞察:密切关注海外头部厂商(KLA、应用材料4、欧姆龙、LMI等)及国产替代竞品的动态,定期输出市场分析报告。 职位要求 1.理工科背景:本科及以上学历,微电子、精密仪器、光电、自动化、材料科学等相关专业。2.行业经验(硬性要求):优先:有半导体视觉检测设备(AOI、SPI、X-ray、光学显微镜等)销售经验者优先:或有晶圆厂/封测厂PE/PIE/QE工程师背景,转型做销售者优先。3.专业技能:懂制程:熟悉半导体制造流程(尤其是先进封装CoWoS、Fan-dout等工艺),了解常见缺陷类型(如划伤、沾污、凸块缺失、桥接等)。4.懂技术:了解光学成像原理,对分辨率、景深、信噪比、打光方式(明场/暗场)有一定概念;能读懂简单的Layout图或机械图纸。 投递...
