Job Description 1. 质量保证:组织建立质量与食品安全管理体系，并监督实施。 2. 质量文件管理:编制、管理公司的系统文件，使文件处于有效的受控状态。 3. 标准化工作:制定、引用和发放国家、公司的相关标准，为工作的标准化提供文件指导。 4. 部门协调:就体系管理与运作涉及事宜，与其它相关部门进行工作沟通和问题解决。 5. 供应商管理:收集供应商相关资料，做文件审核，并就其现场管理和质量控制能力进行现场审核，提出合格供应商批准意见。 6. 投诉的处理:妥善处理和解决客户、消费者提出的问题，如有重要问题或信息要及时向领导反映。 7. 公共关系:负责与政府部门、审核单位、检测机构及其他外部机构的联系，建立友好的合作关系。 8. 负责实施对所管辖范围的KHMS要求管理和执行，确保负责的涉及到产品安全和质量的环节按公司规定进行操作；详细请见《KHMS-FSQ-001b Accountability Template》 9. 推动管辖范围的EHS工作，确保无重大设备安全责任事故。 10. 理解并在部门中执行与其相关的公司和法规的环保、健康和安全要求；促进环保、健康和安全工作在部门中的开展； 11. 协助部门内各类环保、健康和安全事故、事件的调查，确定根本原因，采取纠正预防措施并进行文件跟踪。 12. 根据清洁与消毒手册要求，负责风险评估、内部审核的执行和实施。 13. 全面负责本部门安全工作的管理与执行，向本部门经理汇报安全工作事宜。负责协调并执行EHS部门的安全工作要求；负责本部门的安全培训/安全检查/安全会议/安全宣传/安全相关记录等工作的管理和执行。 14. 树立安全行为榜样，每月最少一次BOS观察，其中需包含高风险工作观察； 15.负责实施管辖范围内的环境保护、职业健康及安全，确保在管辖区域活动的人员安全，使生产活动符合安全规则要求，详情见《KPGH EHS/SR负责人清单》; 16.监督员工安全行为，确保他们执行安全相关程序要求以安全方式工作； 17. 保证员工参加各种安全活动和安全培训，保证员工得到相应级别的安全教育；
