海外充电服务 北京 全职 智能制造 / 工业互联网 / 工业自动化 职位描述 一、CPO网络接入与漫游• 制定海外充电运营商（CPO）接入策略，完成技术对接与商务谈判；• 主导漫游协议（Roaming）对接：Hubject/Ionity/Ladefuchs等欧洲主流漫游枢纽；• 管理充电站点数据质量（POI准确性、价格实时性、占位状态），优化用户找桩体验。二、充电支付与用户体验• 设计海外充电支付方案：信用卡、Apple Pay、Google Pay、本地电子钱包；• 主导Plug & Charge（PnC）用户体验设计，实现ISO 15118即插即充；• 制定充电发票与税务合规方案，满足当地财税法规要求。三、充电服务运营平台• 规划充电服务运营平台功能：站点管理、价格策略、促销管理、客诉处理；• 对接车机端充电App，设计充电全流程用户体验（找桩-导航-充电-支付-发票）；• 分析充电行为数据，输出运营报告，持续优化充电网络覆盖率。四、本地化与合规• 深入研究目标市场充电习惯与支付偏好，制定本地化充电服务策略；• 确保充电服务符合当地数据保护法规（GDPR/越南数据本地化等）；• 管理充电服务相关合作伙伴关系，处理运营过程中的重大客诉与危机公关。 职位要求 • 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、工商管理或相关专业；• 3年以上新能源汽车充电服务产品或运营管理经验；• 熟悉充电协议OCPP 1.6/2.0.1，了解ISO 15118 Plug & Charge流程；• 具备产品规划能力，能独立撰写PRD并推动研发落地；•
