职责描述: 1、管理运营部门，支撑日常运营活动有序开展；制定运营团队工作目标及绩效考核标准。 2、负责团队人员管理，包括岗位职能分配与日常业务培训；保障日常运营工作平稳有序开展。 3、制定并推动公司关键绩效指标（KPI）的落地执行，包括生产力、周转时间（TAT）、耗时（ET）、客户投诉率、准确率等，定期复盘绩效并推动优化。 4、负责运营部门的能力建设与产能规划，最大化利用现有资源，提升生产效率；制定成本预算 / 预测，监督运营部门严格执行。 5、负责客户的投诉以及客户的技术咨询； 6. 负责对出具的检测报告进行技术性审查； 7. 熟悉ISO17025的要求，协助实验室经理确保质量体系严格运行，参与管理体系的内部审核和管理评审活动； 8、确保工作质量满足内外部审计要求。 9.始终遵守所有适用的法律要求、BV集团HSE政策和程序、客户的HSE程序和实践 10. 与公司各部门密切配合，服从GM统一调配，承接临时性、专项性任务；及时汇报工作进展与问题，完成上级安排的其他工作。 岗位要求: 1. 全日制专科及以上学历，8年及以上运营管理相关岗位经验； 2. 具备团队管理、团队搭建及跨部门协同实战经验，熟悉国标 3. 工作态度端正，责任心强，勤奋踏实，具备优秀的问题解决能力与学习能力； 4 良好的英语读、写、说能力，拥有良好的语言沟通能力、能适配跨部门沟通需求； 6. 熟练使用日常办公软件，具备较强的数据分析与报表制作能力。...
