机器人运动规划与控制工程师 上海 工程类 硕士及以上 1-3 年 职位描述 1. 构建并维护真实机器人系统中的运动规划与控制模块，支持从仿真到实机的部署、调试和性能优化。包括机械臂规划、移动底盘规划、全身运动规划、轨迹优化、碰撞检测、避障和控制执行。2. 参与移动操作、腿足操作、双臂操作或全身协同操作系统开发，实现底盘、机械臂、末端执行器、传感器和高层任务模块之间的稳定协同。3. 结合感知结果、环境模型和任务目标，设计面向真实场景的闭环规划与控制策略，提高机器人在遮挡、动态障碍、定位误差和执行误差下的鲁棒性。4. 参与机器人系统工程建设，包括 ROS/ROS2 软件架构、仿真环境、数据记录、调试工具、自动化测试和实验评估。5. 跟踪并复现运动规划、控制、移动操作和全身机器人相关的前沿方法，并推动其在真实机器人系统中的落地。 职位要求 1. 具备机器人学、自动化、机械工程、控制工程或相关专业背景，熟悉机器人运动学、动力学、坐标变换、雅可比矩阵、轨迹生成和反馈控制等基础知识。2. 熟悉至少一类运动规划方法，例如采样规划、搜索规划、轨迹优化。例如（包括但不限于，不要求全部了解或熟悉）CHOMP/STOMP/TrajOpt、MPC、RRT/PRM、A*、Hybrid A*、OMPL、MoveIt 或类似框架。3. 熟悉机器人控制方法，例如 PID、阻抗/导纳控制、全身控制、MPC、LQR、QP 控制或模型预测控制中的至少一种。4. 具备真实机器人调试经验，理解仿真和实机之间的差异，能够处理延迟、噪声、标定误差、碰撞风险、控制不稳定和硬件安全等实际问题。5. 熟练掌握 C++ 和 Python，具备良好的工程代码能力，能够编写可维护、可调试、可复用的机器人系统代码。6. 具备良好的英文文献阅读能力，能够阅读并复现机器人运动规划、控制和移动操作相关论文。 职位信息 部门： 学院导师 投递...
