海外KOL营销（Maker/Lifestyle/Tech方向） Shenzhen 热招职位 Responsibilities 1. 与KOL展开内容共创，完成从创意发想到执行落地的全流程。2. 挖掘并维护KOL资源，积累可长期、稳定合作的KOL人才库，以应对不同日常推广及专项campaign的需要。3. 运营目标人群，通过洞察不同人群特点来优化内容策略，提升用户黏性和品牌好感度，把路人变真爱粉。4. 协调外部服务商，像项管一样调度资源，撬动更高的传播声量与更深的市场洞察。5. 如果你思路清晰，擅于规划，我们也会鼓励你lead重要产品发布的campaign，给你空间去成长、去证明自己。 Qualifications 1. 本科及以上学历，英文水平给力，能够通过邮件与视频会议高效地与海外创作者交流协作。2. 海外社媒5G冲浪者，了解 YouTube、Instagram、TikTok 等主流平台的内容逻辑与传播机制。3. 有重人际沟通的工作/实习经验，我们会根据你的能力与经验适配角色，既给挑战，也给成长空间。4.
