REQUIREMENTS : • 本科及以上学历，市场营销、电子商务、工商管理等相关专业优先。 • 2年以上O2O运营、电商运营、数字营销或全渠道销售管理经验。 • 熟悉线上线下一体化运营模式，具备客户线索管理经验。 • 了解天猫、京东、抖音、小红书、微信生态等主流平台的运营逻辑。 • 有智能锁、智能家居、建材家居、家装或耐用消费品行业经验者优先。 • 具备较强的数据分析能力和业务洞察能力，能够通过数据驱动业务改善。
