企业IT经理Corporate IT Manager 职位简介 我们是一家业务覆盖香港、中国大陆、新加坡及法国的国际化企业集团业务涵盖数字商务、零售、奢侈品牌、仓储及国际贸易。 现诚聘一位经验丰富的集团企业IT经理Corporate IT Manager负责集团企业IT运营、基础设施管理及信息安全工作持续提升集团整体IT服务质量、系统稳定性及运营效率。 该岗位将负责集团IT基础设施、企业应用平台、跨地区IT项目及供应商管理并推动集团IT标准化建设及ISO/IEC 27001信息安全管理体系的持续完善为集团业务发展提供稳定、安全、高效的IT支持。 岗位职责 IT战略与治理 制定并推动集团IT战略、技术标准及管理制度的实施。 持续优化集团IT治理体系、服务流程及技术规范。 建立和维护IT资产管理制度及技术文档。 协助制定年度IT预算及技术发展规划。 持续提升集团IT服务质量及运营效率。 IT运营与用户支持 负责集团企业IT运营及日常技术管理。 管理IT Support团队优化服务流程及服务质量。 建立及持续优化IT服务流程及KPI。 负责办公设备、用户账户及员工入离职相关IT支持流程。 推动办公设备及软件环境标准化提高运营效率。 基础设施管理 负责集团企业IT基础设施的建设、维护及持续优化包括 Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive LDAP Linux Server Synology NAS 网络、防火墙及VPN 企业无线网络 数据备份及灾难恢复Backup & Disaster Recovery 确保集团IT环境稳定、安全及高可用。 零售及仓储IT 负责集团零售门店及仓储相关IT系统的规划、部署及技术支持包括 POS系统 支付终端 库存管理设备 条码扫描设备 标签打印设备 CCTV监控系统 门店及仓库网络 新门店及办公室IT部署 信息安全 建立及持续完善集团信息安全管理体系ISMS。 推动ISO/IEC
