销服域 IT PMO 负责人 / 数字化项目管理负责人 北京 全职 智能制造 / 工业互联网 / 工业自动化 职位描述 1. 承接车企销服域、商业域业务战略与经营目标，拆解业务诉求、梳理数字化项目清单，规避碎片化、重复化及低价值建设。2. 负责销服域数字化项目全生命周期管理，搭建标准化项目流程、规范及工具体系，覆盖立项、执行、监控、收尾全流程。3. 统筹业务需求治理，搭建需求池管理机制，完成需求收集、评估、优先级排序与版本规划，管控项目范围与资源超支风险。4. 负责IT投资与ROI管理，参与IT预算及研发资源规划，搭建项目价值评估与ROI追踪机制，定期复盘投入产出，优化资源配置，聚焦高价值项目。5. 搭建跨团队协同与项目治理体系，统一业务、IT、研发等团队的需求评审、优先级决策与协同流程，落地重大项目立项与阶段评审机制。6. 建立项目交付验收、上线评估与效果追踪机制，推动项目从交付落地转向长效运营，保障系统上线后可量化、可落地业务价值。 职位要求 本科及以上学历，管理、财经、信息系统、计算机、工业工程等相关专业优先。1. 具备5年以上IT项目管理、PMO、项目组合管理、数字化转型相关经验，主导过3个及以上跨团队复杂系统建设项目。2. 精通项目全流程管控、需求治理、资源统筹，具备成熟的项目ROI测算与投入产出复盘能力。3. 熟练掌握PMBOK、敏捷、Scrum等项目管理方法，擅长流程搭建、风险管控、变更管理与跨团队资源协调。4. 具备良好的业务理解力，熟悉车企销售、营销、售后、门店、用户运营等场景，可将业务目标拆解为可落地的项目建设方案。5. 拥有优秀的结构化思维与数据分析能力，高效推动跨部门协同落地，具备专业的材料输出与管理层汇报能力。6. 熟悉IT研发交付全流程，可联动业务、产品、研发、运营多团队高效推进项目落地。7. 持有PMP、PgMP、PRINCE2等项目管理认证，有IT预算管理、PPM项目组合治理经验者优先。8. 有汽车行业数字化转型经验，熟悉车企全业务链路，具备CRM、DMS等销服类系统建设经验者优先。 投递...
