业务数字化（IT）经理 Beijing, Shenzhen Full-time R&D - Security Responsibilities 岗位简介我们寻求一位战略型业务数字化（IT）经理，主导组织级数字化转型，通过系统集成、流程自动化与智能化，驱动员工效率提升、流程优化和数据驱动决策。岗位职责工作规划- 数字化战略规划：制定并执行业务数字化中长期规划，定义清晰的优先级与ROI，建立与企业战略目标的对标机制，确保每项建设都对标战略收益。- 产品方案：深入HR、Finance、法务等业务部门，系统化识别效率瓶颈与数字化机会，将业务需求转化为可落地的产品方案、技术架构与建设路线图。- 跨部门协同：作为业务数字化转型的化一号位，推动组织文化与流程的迭代适应，确保新系统、新流程的顺利上线与采纳。系统建设- 项目管理：统筹业务需求、产品设计、开发实施（含内部团队与外包厂商）、上线运营的全生命周期，建立清晰的里程碑、交付标准与风险管理机制。- 系统集成：推动HCM（如SuccessFactors）、财务系统（如SAP）、飞书、Office365等关键系统的互联互通，设计数据流转、业务流程自动化、SSO/API集成方案，消除信息孤岛。- 低代码落地：引入并评估低代码平台（iPaaS、Appian等）、流程自动化（RPA）等新技术，在HR自动化、财务报告生成等场景中落地创新应用。 Qualifications 任职要求- 5年以上工作经验，其中3年以上HR系统、财务系统等企业级系统的产品管理、项目管理或业务分析经验。- 主导过至少1个中大型企业级系统建设或集成项目，如HCM系统实施、财务系统上线、多系统集成项目等，具备从需求定义到上线运营的完整项目经验。- 技术架构：熟悉SaaS生态与现代企业信息系统架构，理解API、SSO、数据同步、微服务等技术概念，能够与技术团队有效沟通。 - 数据驱动：具备设定清晰的成功指标、采集数据、分析趋势、迭代优化的完整方法论，能够量化系统建设的投入产出比。- 跨部门协同：卓越的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能够在复杂的利益相关者环境中推进项目- 风险管理：理解企业级项目风险（技术风险、组织风险、合规风险），具备风险识别与应对能力- 数据分析：熟练运用微软 BI、飞书多维表格等工具，通过系统集成与自动化流程，实现业务需求的敏捷构建与高效交付。- 有国际企业或多地域、多语言环境工作经验优先- 工作地点：北京/深圳 Apply...
