Java开发工程师——架构组 Shenzhen Full-time R&D - Back-end development Responsibilities 岗位职责- 负责公司 Java 基础框架的设计、开发与维护，为业务团队提供开箱即用的技术组件- 设计并封装 MQ、缓存、HTTP、事件总线等通用组件的 SDK 与 Spring Boot Starter，降低业务侧接入成本- 深入研究并合理封装主流开源组件，结合公司技术现状制定技术选型与封装方案- 跟踪上游依赖的版本演进，评估并推动框架依赖升级路径，保障升级过程的平滑兼容- 对框架组件的性能、稳定性与向后兼容性负责，建立必要的测试与验收机制- 参与需求评审与技术方案设计，负责核心编码与技术文档输出，具备良好的代码规范和文档编写习惯- 承担团队 Code Review，推动代码规范落地，与团队共同成长 Qualifications 岗位要求：・统招本科及以上学历，具备 5 年及以上 Java 后端开发经验・Java 基础扎实，深入理解 IoC、AOP、多线程并发编程、JVM 原理，熟练掌握常用设计模式・精通 Spring Boot/Spring Cloud 核心机制，可独立开发自定义 Starter、AutoConfiguration、BeanPostProcessor 等框架扩展组件・熟悉
