总账税务主管 南京 全职 职能 / 支持 - 财务 / 审计 / 税务 职位描述 1、多主体总账核算：统筹多家主体的总账核算、月结关账、单体报表出具，确保各主体账务真实、准确、及时；建立并优化核算SLA与标准化流程；2、税务统筹与合规：统一管理增值税、企业所得税、个人所得税、消费税等各税种的申报、缴纳、筹划与风险管控；对接外部税务机关、中介机构；3、合并报表支持：配合集团合并报表编制，负责单体报表数据准确性、内部交易抵消支持、合并底稿准备等关键环节；4、跨主体跨部门协同：对接业务、采购、销售、生产、仓储等业务线及外部审计/税务师/工商等中介机构，推动跨主体账务协同；5、团队管理与梯队建设：带教、培养总账税务团队（3-5人），建立人才梯队与岗位SOP；6、制度流程优化与系统化：推动核算、税务、报表流程的标准化与系统化（含SAP/用友NC/金蝶云等财务系统应用）；7、风险识别与专项支持：识别税务、账务合规风险并闭环管理；配合财务总监完成各类专项任务。 职位要求 1、学历：本科及以上，财务、会计、税务、金融等相关专业；2、经验：10 年及以上财务工作经验，其中 5 年及以上集团化多主体（≥5 家）总账/税务统筹经验；3、集团历练：有集团总部 / 财务共享中心 / 多业态集团财务团队负责人经验，能驾驭 14 家主体的体量与复杂度；4、专业能力：精通企业会计准则、合并报表逻辑、增值税及所得税全流程，能独立处理税务事项与跨主体账务调整；5、抗压与节奏：能适应多主体、快节奏、跨城市/跨业态的复杂工作环境，能在月结/季报/汇算/审计等高强度节点稳定交付；6、软要素：1）沟通协调：能与业务部门、外部机构、集团高层高效沟通，推动跨部门协同；2）推动落地：能推动跨部门制度流程优化并拿到结果，不只停在制度文件；3）团队管理：能带教、培养团队成员，建立人才梯队；4）责任心与原则性：账务税务工作不容差错，原则性强，能顶住业务端的合规性诉求；7、加分项：1）持有 CPA / CTA / 中级会计师 及以上证书；2）有快消 / 食品 / 制造行业的多主体财务管理经验；3）有税务稽查应对、税务筹划落地经验，有过节税案例；4）熟悉 SAP
