主要职责  按上司要求带领项目组完成项目开发各阶段的任务，并有效地汇报项目和项目组的工作情况，收集并反映团队建议和意见；  负责对应用和系统项目进行分析、设计、开发管控、检验交付、上线支援等相关的工作；  负责对软、硬件平台有效使用进行评估、管理等相关的工作；  负责收集项目开发的相关需求，并反馈资源情况；  按项目需要，评估技术的适用性，分析并制定可行性的技术开发方案，反馈项目的技术方案；  按项目需要，了解、分析、制定功能需求的设计和开发方案，划分阶段的开发任务和成果，评估并反馈开发周期；  落实执行项目开发工作，按确定计划确保开发有序开展，反馈计划变动对开发造成的影响；  负责内部集成测试验收，并支援用户接受性测试调整优化；  配合和衔接交付，协助产品上线以及各环节的工作支援，编写符合交付要求的相关开发文档；  负责或主导ISO27001标准体系建设和维护，确保团队以及成员遵从ISO27001标准规范； 职位要求  计算机科学相关专业，大专或以上学历；  具备五年或以上的软件系统开发经验，有深刻体会全周期及全流程化项目开发者优先；  熟练掌握一种以上高级语言(如JAVA/.NET/PHP/Javascript等)实现企业级应用或APP软件开发；  掌握软件设计模式，有成熟应用编程框架搭建经验， 具备前后端或分层架构应用能力优先；  熟悉企业数据库(如Oracle /SQLServer/MySQL)及服务器操作系统(如Linux/Unix)的综合开发应用；  认识软件开发相关新旧技术的发展过程和应用状态态(如单体、微服务、分布式、前后端等应用技术)； 
