自动驾驶大模型算法实习生 北京 校招 实习 算法类 职位描述 我们正在寻找对自动驾驶与人工智能前沿技术充满热情的算法实习生，加入我们自动驾驶大模型研发团队，参与下一代自动驾驶大模型的构建与优化。实习生将有机会深入参与核心算法研发、模型训练与部署优化，推动自动驾驶系统在复杂场景下的泛化与智能决策能力提升。岗位职责 1. 参与自动驾驶世界模型（World Model）的设计与实现，探索多模态信息融合与时序建模，探索 World Model Action 架构，提升对驾驶场景的理解与预测能力；探索强化学习（Reinforcement Learning）在自动驾驶决策规划中的应用，优化策略学习与奖励机制； 2. 跟踪并复现自动驾驶与大模型领域最新研究成果，参与论文撰写与技术落地；负责模型训练、推理优化及性能调优，推动算法在实际场景中的落地验证 职位要求 计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化、数学等相关专业硕士及以上学历（优秀本科生也可考虑）；熟悉深度学习框架（如PyTorch、TensorFlow）；具备扎实的算法基础，熟悉多模态学习 、序列建模 、强化学习 等方向；有以下任一方向经验者优先：World Model 、VLA/XLA 模型；自动驾驶相关任务（如感知、端到端、轨迹预测、行为规划）；有顶会论文（CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、NeurIPS、ICLR、IROS、CoRL等）发表经验者优先；参与过自动驾驶或AI相关竞赛（如nuScenes、KITTI、AI Driving Olympics、Kaggle等）并取得优异成绩者优先；良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，具备快速学习与独立解决问题的能力。 投递...
