Job Description： 1. 遵循标准程序和指南，协调执行订单管理，出口操作过程。 2. 根据客户要求和可用的航运选择，管理货物与船公司之间的预订。 3. 与本地供应商合作，在指定的截单时间内准备和提交所有必要的航运文件，确保准确性和合规性。 4. 准备货运代理收据（FCR）并及时通知供应商。 5. 处理承运人预订，管理承运人分配，并跟踪运输状态。 6. 与海外客户沟通，开具本地费用发票，确保货物交付。 7. 与仓库协调，监控货物交付状态并创建装载计划。 8. 跟进货运过程中可能出现的任何问题，提供有效解决方案或及时上报。 9. 遵守关键绩效指标(KPI)，以确保流程顺畅、绩效达标。 10. 执行上级主管分配的其他任务。 Qualifications: 1. 熟练使用Microsoft Office相关办公软件。 2. 物流、供应链管理或相关领域的学士学位。 3. 出色的沟通和协调能力，能够有效地与各方利益相关者合作。 4. 熟练使用船公司或港口网站、系统和其他相关工具。 5. 拥有基本贸易知识，海运进出口操作经验，具备团队合作精神。 6. 有能力判断优先级，压力下能确保关键任务及时处理。 7. 具备应急管理能力,有解决问题和决策能力。
