Profession (Job Category):Customer Service & Contact Center Operations Job Schedule: Full time Remote:No Job Description: 一、岗位职责 物资出入库管理：严格执行公司物料出入库流程，准确核对采购订单、领料单等单据信息，完成物料的验收、入库、分拣、发放与出库工作，确保物资出入库记录及时、准确，保障生产物料的及时供应。 库存日常管理：定期对仓库内原材料进行盘点清查，做到账物相符；及时处理呆滞、盘盈、盘亏、报废等异常情况，做好记录并及时上报；负责仓库物料的存储规划，根据物料特性合理安排存放区域，定期检查库存物资状态，防止物资损坏、过期。 数据信息管理：准确录入并维护仓库管理系统数据，及时更新物资出入库、库存变动等信息；能够独立完成日常业务在系统中的处理。妥善保管物资出入库单据、盘点记录等相关资料，便于追溯查询。 仓储环境维护：保持仓库内环境卫生整洁，合理规划货物堆放，确保通道畅通，符合消防安全及 5S 管理要求；定期检查仓库设施设备的运行状况，及时报修维护，保障仓储作业安全高效进行。
