Job Description: 职位要求： 确保生产产品准时取样及包装，包装材料合理利用，按照程序操作包装设备，工作现场符合6S规范。 岗位职责范围： 负责生产包材准备，成品包装及转运，设备清理及仓储物料转移所涉及的相关岗位操作工作。 监督并向班长汇报与岗位相关的安全，生产，维修，设备状况及活动。 主要工作职责： 1. 严格遵守执行公司的EHS条例， 参加EHS培训，确保厂区生产安全，协助维护、维修人员和第三方员工执行工厂EHS规定。 2. 对维护和维修工作区域进行EHS监控，确保维修工作的安全进行。 3. 执行并检查能源隔离、管线吹扫及设备清洁等设备维修的准备工作及工作许可证所要求的安全措施。 4. 检查确认设备的安全性能和可操作性能 按照岗位操作程序及工作指令进行岗位操作，按计划及指令执行取样，包装工作。 5. 及时向上级汇报安全，质量等问题并积极分析问题出现的原因。 6. 在紧急情况下，执行紧急停车程序及其后续相关工作。 7. 对生产设备进行日常的现场巡检，确保装置安全平稳运行 ，参与全员工厂维护。 8. 保证产品质量符合公司质量标准，对改进质量提出建议。 9. 认真按时执行翻班主管安排的其它任务。 所需知识/经验/技能： 1. 具备EHS和质量意识 化工中专毕业，5年以上化工厂相关操作经验，合资或外资企业为佳。 2. 具备化工生产和工程塑料知识。 3. 有化工产品包装或仓库工作经验为佳。
