【27届校招】嵌入式camera系统培训生 广州 正式 智能制造 / 工业互联网 / 工业自动化 - 研发 职位描述 1、负责AVM（环视系统）算法开发，包括鱼眼畸变校正、视角变换（俯视/3D）、图像拼接融合、亮度一致性处理；2、配合HAL/SDK团队完成AVM及感知算法的集成、调试与效果调优，保障系统实时性、稳定性与资源占用（内存/GPU负载/功耗），解决多路摄像头并行处理下的性能瓶颈；3、负责基于传统/深度学习的图像处理算法开发与部署，包括去噪、HDR增强、色彩校正、曝光补偿、目标检测、语义分割等图像处理模块；4、负责深度学习模型在嵌入式平台的推理加速，结合GPU/NPU/DSP进行优化（量化、剪枝、算子适配）；5、跟踪前沿图像、AVM及深度学习CV技术，推动创新算法在座舱产品中的落地； 职位要求 1、计算机、通信、电子等相关专业硕士及以上学历；2、了解图像处理基础算法/深度学习计算机视觉算法（滤波、直方图均衡、颜色空间转换、形态学、边缘检测、目标检测、语义分割、图像增强等）；3、熟练使用C/C++ 和 Python；4、了解至少一种深度学习框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow），有模型训练、调优及嵌入式部署经验；了解至少一种推理框架（Qualcomm SNPE/QNN、TensorFlow Lite、ONNX Runtime等）；5、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与驱动/HAL/系统侧高效协作；6、有AVM环视系统开发经验优先，有模型端侧量化、蒸馏、剪枝等轻量化经验优先 投递...
