岗位职责： 负责肿瘤细胞及原代细胞的培养、冻存和复苏； 协助完成PBMC来源细胞（T细胞、B细胞、NK细胞、树突状细胞、巨噬细胞等）的分离、诱导、扩增及表型鉴定； 协助完成细胞功能实验，包括稳转细胞系的构建、细胞结合实验、报告基因实验、体外细胞杀伤实验、细胞因子释放检测实验； 参与抗体体外活性检测方法的开发、优化及验证； 执行抗体活性评价实验并完成数据分析； 参与双特异性抗体（BsAb）活性检测平台的建立及活性评估； 协助抗体分子的筛选与优化工作； 协助开展体内药效学（PK/PD）、药代动力学及安全性评价相关研究； 协助完成IND申报相关资料准备及技术支持； 参与新项目立项调研及技术可行性分析。 参与细胞活性检测平台建设及技术优化； 撰写和维护SOP、实验记录、研究报告等研发文件； 完成上级安排的其他工作任务。 任职资格： 3-5年工作经验，药学、细胞生物学、分子生物学、免疫学、生物技术等相关专业本科及以上学历； 具有细胞培养、细胞功能检测的经验，熟悉ELISA、FLOW、免疫荧光、报告基因检测等实验操作技能； 熟悉Flow Jo、GraphPad Prism等生物学专业分析软件； 对工作中出现的问题能够做出分析并及时反馈、解决，愿意学习新的技术； 具有优秀的沟通技巧，并具有良好的团队合作精神和写作能力； 具有体外药效评价平台开发经验者优先。...
