People Operations / 海外 HR Hangzhou, Beijing Experienced Full-time Responsibilities 1、负责海外员工全生命周期管理，覆盖欧美等主要市场，包括入职、合同、试用期/转正、异动、休假、福利、离职及员工信息维护等；2、负责海外员工日常 HR 支持及员工关系事务，作为海外员工的重要 HR 联系窗口，协助处理政策咨询、绩效沟通、员工关怀及基础 ER 问题；3、搭建并持续优化海外 HR SOP，包括 EOR、Contractor、Onboarding、Offboarding、Leave、Benefit、Payroll、Expense 等相关流程，推动海外 HR 管理标准化；4、对接 EOR、Payroll、Legal、Background Check、Insurance 等外部供应商，跟进合同、薪酬福利、劳动合规及员工服务相关事项；5、与国内 HRBP、业务负责人及海外团队协作，支持绩效周期、组织沟通、员工体验及团队文化等 HRBP 工作；6、维护 HR 系统、员工档案及海外人力数据，持续沉淀不同国家的 HR 实践、政策及操作指引，为业务海外扩张提供支持；7、参与新国家或新地区的用工方案评估，包括 EOR、Contractor、当地实体等模式的基础调研与落地支持。1.
