伊顿公司是一家智能动力管理公司，致力于保护环境和改善人类的生活品质。我们的产品服务于数据中心、公用事业、工业、商业、机械制造、住宅、宇航和车辆市场。 What you’ll do: 主导过程质量异常的分析和处理，组织开展不合格品评审并追踪纠正和预防措施的落实，避免质量问题的重复发生。 监督和指导现场检验活动的执行，优化检验标准和检验方法，提高检验的有效性。 组织或参与过程审核(分层审核、Gemba、专项审核等），支持体系审核、客户审核和内部审核。 根据对SPC、审计结果、内部问题、能力指数等事实数据的分析，报告改进机会。 组织客户投诉调查，并与其他部门合作消除根本原因，验证纠正措施的有效性，主导8D报告的编写和客户提交。 协调故障件的返厂、维修以及重新交付，为客户现场准备维修备件。 定期分析客户质量数据，寻找改善机会，推动同类问题的彻底杜绝。 参与新产品的过程开发和验证，主导建立有效的过程/质量管控体系。 参与流程图和PMEA的开发及维护，制定控制计划、检验指导书等，必要时制定PPAP。 完成公司或部门要求的定期报告或其他报告，包括过程检验、质量指标、改善项目、工程变更、新产品导入等. 指导初级工程师和技术员的日常工作，支持跨部门的质量知识和工具培训。 完成QA主管、经理或以上安排的其他任务。 Qualifications: 机械工程、电子工程或质量工程相关专业本科及以上学历。 10年以上工作经验，其中5年以上质量相关工作经验，3年以上电气行业工作经验。 熟悉断路器（Circuit Breaker）产品者优先。具有丰富的ISO/TS16949质量管理体系运行经验。 熟悉并具备APQP（产品质量先期策划）、PPAP（生产件批准程序）、FMEA（失效模式与影响分析）、CP（控制计划）、SPC（统计过程控制）、MSA（测量系统分析）及8D等质量工具的实践经验。 具备较强的自我驱动力和领导力，拥有良好的沟通协调能力。 在这里，你将与一群才华横溢、热情洋溢的专业人士并肩作战，帮助客户解决最紧迫的动力管理挑战，为当今及未来的人类创建更可持续的社会。...
