岗位职责 负责企业级后端业务系统的整体架构设计、技术选型及系统演进规划，主导核心业务模块和关键技术方案设计，保障系统的高可用、高性能及可扩展性。 负责核心业务平台及服务端系统的设计、开发和优化，推动系统架构持续升级，满足业务快速发展和规模化增长需求。 主导AI Agent应用及智能化解决方案的架构设计与落地，基于大语言模型（LLM）构建企业级智能助手、知识问答、业务自动化及多Agent协同系统。 负责Agent框架、Agent Workflow、Tool Calling、MCP（Model Context Protocol）、RAG（Retrieval-Augmented Generation）等关键技术能力的设计与建设，推动AI能力与业务场景深度融合。 深度参与复杂技术问题攻关，负责系统性能优化、架构治理、生产问题排查及技术风险管理，保障核心系统稳定运行。 制定并持续完善研发规范、架构设计规范及工程化标准，通过代码评审、架构评审、技术分享及团队辅导，提升团队整体技术水平和工程能力。 推动AI辅助研发体系建设，探索并落地Copilot、Cursor、Agent等智能开发模式，提升软件交付效率和质量。 持续关注大模型、Agent、云原生及数据技术领域的前沿发展趋势，结合业务需求推动技术创新与应用落地。 任职资格 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业。 具备8年以上软件开发经验，3年以上分布式系统设计经验，具备企业级系统架构设计与落地经验。 熟练掌握Java或Python至少一种开发语言，具备扎实的软件工程基础。 熟悉微服务架构、分布式系统、缓存、消息中间件、数据库及高并发系统设计，具备系统性能优化和架构治理经验。 熟悉Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、FastAPI、Kafka、Redis、Elasticsearch、MySQL等主流技术栈，并具备实际项目经验。 具备AI Agent或大模型应用开发经验，熟悉LLM应用开发模式及相关技术体系。 熟悉RAG、Prompt Engineering、Embedding、向量数据库、知识库构建及AI应用架构设计，有相关项目落地经验者优先。 熟悉LangChain、LangGraph、CrewAI等Agent框架，具备Agent Workflow编排、多Agent协同及工具集成开发经验者优先。 熟练使用AI辅助研发工具，包括但不限于GitHub Copilot、Microsoft Copilot、Cursor、Windsurf、ChatGPT、Claude、Gemini等，并能够利用AI提升需求分析、系统设计、代码开发、测试和技术文档编写效率。 具备良好的工程化意识，熟悉Git、Docker、Kubernetes、CI/CD、DevOps等现代软件研发体系。 具备较强的技术领导力和跨团队协作能力，能够主导技术决策、推动架构治理并指导团队成长。 具备优秀的问题分析和解决能力，能够独立承担复杂技术项目并推动业务目标达成。 关注行业前沿技术发展，具备持续学习能力和创新意识，能够将新技术有效转化为业务价值。 具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，英语可作为工作语言。
