【探索者】数据分析工程师 广州 全职 制造与工艺板块 职位描述 对接IoT、MES、WMS、设备控制及质量系统，完成设备、产线、工艺、物流等多源异构数据的接入、清洗、关联与标准化。构建批流一体的数据处理链路，支撑生产状态监控、异常识别、故障预警及数字孪生模型的实时数据驱动。开展生产节拍、设备停机、物流、质量及能耗等专题分析，识别瓶颈、异常、趋势和关键影响因素。基于统计分析、机器学习和时序建模，开发产量预测、设备健康评估、故障预警、能耗预测等模型。与仿真工程师协作，为Plant Simulation等仿真模型提供输入参数、概率分布及业务规则，并利用现场数据完成模型标定和结果验证。推动分析及模型成果在生产、设备、物流和能源业务中的落地，形成可量化的质量、成本和效率收益。 职位要求 硕士及以上学历，计算机、数据科学、统计学、数学、工业工程或自动化等相关专业。熟练使用Python及SQL，掌握常用的数据处理、统计分析、特征工程和机器学习方法。熟悉至少一种大数据或流处理技术，如Spark、Flink、Kafka；具备实时数据处理经验者优先。熟悉时序数据、传感器数据及异常检测方法，能够处理数据缺失、漂移、噪声和时间对齐等问题。具备良好的业务分析能力，能够将制造问题转化为数据指标、分析方法和可验证的模型。具备跨团队协作能力，能够与工艺、设备、生产、数字化及仿真团队共同推进项目落地。 投递...
