产品质量检验工程师（IQC）南京全职职能 / 支持 - 采购职位描述1.负责入库检验： 独立完成对到货硬件设备和配件的外观、配置、功能性能进行全面质量检验。2.执行软件安装与配置： 根据公司提供的标准作业指导书（SOP），独立完成服务器操作系统（主要为Linux）的安装、配置及基础调试。3.问题诊断与处理： 能够准确识别、记录并初步定位产品质量异常，如硬件故障、兼容性问题、系统安装失败等。4.质量跟踪与闭环： 详细记录检验结果，对发现的质量异常进行跟踪管理，推动供应商进行根本原因分析及整改，并验证改善效果，形成质量问题闭环。5.文档撰写与优化： 编写和完善质量检验指导文档、故障处理手册及测试报告，提升检验流程的标准化和效率。6.协同沟通： 与产品线、供应链及供应商保持密切沟通，及时反馈质量信息，协同提升来料质量水平。职位要求任职要求:1.本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、通信等相关专业（非相关专业需有 2 年以上服务器 / 硬件检验经验）。2.至少1年以上硬件产品质检、IT运维或服务器相关工作经验。3.熟悉服务器硬件架构（如CPU、内存、硬盘、RAID卡、网卡等），能够4.熟练进行硬件拆卸、组装和更换。5.具备Linux操作系统基础知识和实际操作经验，能在文档指导下完成6.CentOS/Ubuntu等主流Linux系统的安装、网络配置和基础命令操作。7.具备良好的问题发现和分析能力，做事严谨细致，有高度的责任心。6.良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。优先考虑：1.有数据中心、服务器厂商或ISV硬件供应商质量检验（IQC）经验者优先。2.熟悉RAID配置、BMC管理、网络调试等操作者优先。3.了解基本的质量管理工具和方法（如8D、5Why、PDCA）者优先。4.对产品外观、包装工艺有良好的审美和判断力，注重细节者优先。投递...
