PCB硬件开发实习生 合肥 实习 数字技术 - 智能硬件 职位 ID：A138378 职位描述 1、负责完成原理图设计、PCB Layout、BOM输出及硬件调试，确保信号完整性、电源完整性及电磁兼容性满足工业环境要求（-20℃～70℃宽温、抗振动、防尘防水等）。2、设计工业通信接口电路，包括千兆以太网、CAN/CAN FD、RS-232/485、USB3.0、PCIe、MIPI-CSI/DSI等，并处理接口防护（隔离、ESD、浪涌）。3、负责核心板与底板的适配，协同结构工程师完成散热设计（被动/主动散热）及整机堆叠，确保高算力场景下的热可靠性。4、主导硬件调试与测试，包括电源时序、信号质量、功耗分析、EMC/EMI测试及认证（CE/FCC/CCC），解决开发及生产中的硬件故障。5、编写硬件设计文档、测试报告、生产指导文件，支撑产品从研发到量产的转化。 职位要求 1、电子工程、自动化、通信等相关专业，本科及以上在读，有智能机器人、工业控制、边缘计算或车载产品实习经验优先2、ARM、x86或SoC架构，熟悉至少1种上述平台的硬件设计，有高速电路设计经验（DDR、PCIe、MIPI等）。3、熟练使用Cadence Allegro/Altium Designer等EDA工具，具备多层板（6层以上）设计及仿真能力，熟悉信号完整性/电源完整性分析。4、深入理解工业级接口防护设计，熟悉隔离电路、TVS选型、电源拓扑（DCDC/LDO），能独立完成整机电源树设计。5、熟练使用示波器、频谱仪、网络分析仪等仪器，具备扎实的焊接与硬件调试能力。 投递...
