职位名称：产品测试维护工程师 汇报对象： 工作地点：上海 公司概述： 在英思科，我们致力于通过先进的气体检测技术推动工作场所安全的持续提升。作为工业安全解决方案的领先供应商，我们的使命是保护生命并创造更安全的工作环境。以到 2050 年消除职业死亡为愿景，我们持续开发创新解决方案，帮助保护工人免受有害气体和复杂环境的影响。 我们的产品在设计时充分考虑精度、可靠性和用户安全，帮助确保每位工人在一天结束时都能安全回家。我们以专业知识、诚信和对卓越的承诺为基础，不断改进和发展我们的产品与解决方案。 职位概述： 现诚聘一名注重细节、专业严谨的产品测试工程师加入团队。该岗位主要负责工业仪器，尤其是气体检测产品的硬件测试支持、产品标签设计、技术文档编写及实验室维护工作。理想候选人应具备良好的逻辑思维、文字表达和沟通能力。该岗位将在保障产品测试、标签、技术文档及测试数据的准确性、规范性、合规性和及时性方面发挥关键作用，为产品研发、生产制造、销售支持、认证及售后服务提供有力支持。 主要职责： 产品功能测试 根据产品测试标准测试气体检测仪检测结果的线性度、一致性、响应速度等气体检测功能参数。 测试产品气体检测功能/显示时间/环境温度的长期稳定性。 测试手持气体检测仪续航时间和电池充电稳定性及效率。 完成测试执行，数据收集，完成报告和问题跟踪。 记录测试发现，并与工程、质量、制造和产品团队协作，支持问题及时解决和产品改进。 严格遵守实验室各设备操作指导书，保证测试流程规范。 产品可靠性测试 依据适用的国家及国际标准，如 GB、IEC、EN 标准，以及公司内部规范，执行开发阶段的可靠性试验。 执行测试环境试验（高低温工作，耐高温高湿，温度冲击等）并记录样品试验前后状态，反馈测试结果并对测试结果进行初步分析。 执行机械性能试验（跌落，防尘防水等），试验后拆样检查机械结构，反馈测试结果并对测试结果进行初步分析。 研发实验室维护 根据实验室管理要求对实验室设备，仪器，文件，工具等进行日常管理。 保持实验室日常工作符合5S体系要求。 产品标签设计与维护 依据适用的国家及国际标准，如 GB、IEC、EN 标准，以及公司内部规范，设计并维护产品标签。 确保标签内容准确反映产品名称、型号、技术参数、警示信息、认证标识、生产信息及其他法规或产品要求信息。 与工程、质量、法规和制造团队协作确认标签内容，确保其与产品设计、合规要求及实际使用需求保持一致。 使用标签设计工具或专业设计软件制作、优化并维护标签模板，确保标签清晰、易读、适合印刷，并在不同产品线之间保持一致。 审核和验证印刷后的产品标签，检查内容准确性、格式一致性、印刷质量及合规性，并协调及时修正发现的问题。 根据产品升级、标准变更或法规更新，及时更新标签模板，并做好版本控制和归档记录，确保可追溯性。
