Job Overview 综述 掌握在线定型纺丝的各项操作技能，包括牵引，全线启动，热处理操作，绕丝股操作，鼓前梳丝等各项关键操作，同时能够按照理丝岗位程序要求完成在线理丝，丝束质量检查，梳丝，等各项工作 Responsibilities 职责 遵循公司核心价值，遵守公司的各项规章制度，在安全的前提下完成本岗位工作； 在工作过程中要戴好相应的PPE，按规定严格执行LTCT程序，以确保身体不受机器的伤害； 和所在生产线其他员工进行配合，相互帮助，发挥良好的团队合作精神，做好相互间安全检查，及时制止不安全行为，督促班组员工遵章作业，安全生产； 严格遵守纺丝岗位标准程序，在SOC & SOP的指引下完成在线纺丝的各项操作，包括牵引，全线启动，热处理操作，绕丝股操作，鼓前梳丝等各项关键操作； 和本线其他员工一起及时正确的填写岗位生产记录，按要求完成纺丝线巡检，严格按照程序监测生产过程，发现异常及时联系维修和报告领班，保证设备的正常运转和纺丝作业的顺利完成； 严格遵守理丝的岗位标准程序，在SOC & SOP的指引下在线完成理丝作业，包括挑出弯丝、粗丝、黑粒子等不合格的丝。按照岗位OH的控制要求作业，和本线员工及时轮岗，避免人机工程风险； 配合质检部门一起对丝束质量进行检查，发现有大批量不合格的丝时，要立即汇报纺丝领班和本线挡车工，便于调整当班纺丝的工艺参数，减少损失。发现返工和降等，及时报告并在流程卡上做好记录，及时完成返工工作； 作业过程中发现任何安全和质量问题要立即纠正和报告本线挡车工和领班，如受自身能力限制无法解决，要在第一时间寻求领班帮助； 按照5S标准保持5S责任区的5S状态，参与5S其他活动。 交班信息要求完整、准确，没有遗漏的交给下一班组。接班如有不清楚的要询问明白，避免信息的遗失 积极参与本线的安全、质量等事故调查； 积极参加和支持DPSTRACC等相关活动,能够理解和完成AM的相关操作 在完成本职工作后，必须完成组长安排的其它力所能及的工作。 Qualifications 要求 具一年以上工作经历，掌握理丝技能和纺丝基本操作技能 认同公司核心价值观，具备良好的安全意识; 责任心强，肯吃苦，愿意学习新技能 适应倒班轮班制 有较强的团队合作精神，有较强的沟通协调能力; 掌握换模头技能和理丝技能优异者优先； 高中或同等学历优选;...
