JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. 根据政府、集团公司下达的EHS相关目标指标，结合公司EHS管理需要，协助或参与制定公司EHS目标指标、实施方案，督促各相关部门实施。对公司EHS目标指标达成情况进行跟踪和汇报，对各部门EHS绩效进行考核。 2. 参与推动公司EHS文化建设，持续提升全员环境、健康与安全意识。 3. 负责参与公司职业健康安全与环境管理体系的建立、维护和管理；组织或者参与拟订EHS规章制度、操作规程；组织或参与对EHS体系定期进行内审和管理评审。 4. 负责组织或参与开展危险源辨识和评估，督促落实危险源的EHS管理措施；检查EHS状况，及时排查生产EHS事故隐患，提出改进安全生产和环保管理的建议；制止和纠正违章指挥、强令冒险作业、违反操作规程的行为和其他不安全行为；协调EHS事故调查；督促落实EHS整改措施；逐步消除或降低安全和环保风险，持续优化公司EHS管理。 5. 负责或参与组织协调对新引进的设备、工艺、材料、项目进行EHS审核、验收。 6．定期组织或参与公司EHS委员会会议，向公司高层领导反馈EHS运行情况。 7. 组织或参与制定EHS培训计划，组织EHS教育和培训，督促各相关部门和人员如实记录EHS教育和培训情况； 8. 组织或参与拟订生产安全事故应急救援预案、环境事故应急预案；组织应急救援演练； 9. 负责参与协调EHS相关政府、集团内、客户或第三方审核机构的接待工作。 10. 完成领导交办的其他事务。 The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may
