质量测试专家 北京 全职 研发 - 测试 职位描述 期待拥有开放心态、拥抱持续进化的你成为易宝的事业伙伴，共绘 “一群人的浪漫”。1、统筹测试团队日常管理工作与资源分配，持续迭代优化质量保障体系，提升交付质量，推动测试流程的规范化落地。2、负责跨境业务系统（包括客户入网、收付款、换汇/结汇、资金结算、反洗钱风控、合规审核等模块）的全流程功能测试、集成测试、回归测试及验收测试。3、设计并维护覆盖跨境交易场景的测试用例，包括但不限于：多币种兑换、汇率波动处理、跨境汇款路径、支付网关对接、交易状态同步、对账与差错处理。4、开展针对性重难点专项测试，如汇率计算误差、金额精度丢失、超时重试机制等异常处理逻辑。5、搭建并维护自动化测试脚本，持续提升回归测试效率。6、具备较强的逻辑思维和风险意识，并与产品、开发、运营团队紧密配合，通过推动测试左移，提前规避潜在问题。 职位要求 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、金融、软件工程或相关专业，3年以上软件测试或测试团队管理经验，有跨境业务系统测试经验优先。2、具备数据库操作能力（SQL），能独立完成数据核对、订单状态追踪与异常数据构造。熟练掌握接口测试工具（Postman、JMeter等）。3、熟悉Linux常用命令，根据日志快速定位问题，能熟练操作常见接口工具，进行自动化测试。4、熟悉Python，Shell等任意一门脚本语言，掌握任意一种主流自动化框架，如Selenium，requests等；5、具备性能测试和分析能力，设计相应压测方案，识别系统瓶颈与稳定性问题并推动性能调优；6、以客户为中心，具有良好的沟通表达和团队协作性，强烈的自驱力与简单务实的工作风格，面对挑战时能保持积极的心态。# 明显加分项：- 英语读写能力良好，能阅读英文支付接口文档（如Stripe跨境API、国际卡组规范）并使用英语编写部分测试用例/缺陷报告。- 熟悉跨境支付基本业务流程（如外汇兑换、跨境收单、国际卡组清算、跨境出款等）及常见异常场景（汇率变动、银行延迟响应、风控拦截）。- 有跨境支付合规测试经验（如OFAC制裁、欧盟PSD2、香港MSO等）。 投递...
