一、岗位使命 负责汽车机电一体化产品及 ECU 的系统级验证，围绕系统需求、外部接口、工作模式、性能指标、诊断与功能安全目标，构建台架/HIL/整车测试方案并组织执行。通过需求驱动、场景驱动和故障注入相结合的方式，验证产品在正常、边界、异常及环境应力条件下的系统行为，确保满足客户要求、法规/标准和量产质量目标。 二、主要职责 • 参与系统需求、接口控制文件、系统架构和验证计划评审，将客户/OEM需求转化为可测量、可判定的系统测试需求和验收准则。 • 负责系统测试策略、测试计划、测试规格、测试场景、测试用例、测试报告及系统需求—测试双向追溯矩阵的编制与维护。 • 开展 ECU/执行器在台架、HIL、样车或等效环境下的功能、性能、接口、诊断、网络管理、功耗、响应时间、噪声/振动相关系统验证。 • 验证电机/执行器控制系统的工作模式、状态机、位置/速度/电流控制、限位/堵转、过温/过流保护、失效降级和安全状态。 • 使用 CANoe/CANalyzer、CANape、示波器、电源、电子负载、温箱、数据采集设备等开展信号测量、时序分析、波形判定和问题复现。 • 设计并执行 CAN/CAN FD、LIN、UDS 等通信和诊断测试，包括报文时序、信号编码、网络丢帧/延迟、DTC设置/清除、刷写及异常恢复。 • 规划并执行故障注入及鲁棒性测试，覆盖传感器断路/短路、执行器卡滞、供电波动、通信中断、低电压/过压、温度边界及重启恢复。 • 根据项目需要参与环境与可靠性验证，如温度循环、湿热、振动前后功能保持、耐久/寿命、EMC 相关预验证及整车工况测试。 • 依据 ISO 26262 参与安全机制、故障反应时间、安全状态、诊断覆盖及独立性证据的验证；支持 ASPICE 评估、客户审核和质量门禁。 • 牵头系统缺陷分级、根因分析和跨部门闭环，协同系统、软件、硬件、机械、标定、质量及客户团队完成问题验证和变更回归。
