测试助理实习生（Test Engineering Intern） 工作地点：上海 工作时间：每周保证公司工作时间32小时，具体时间可灵活安排岗位概述 我们正在寻找一名积极主动、逻辑清晰且对工程测试和数据分析感兴趣的实习生，加入产品与工程团队。 该岗位将参与产品验证、性能测试、可靠性测试及认证相关测试工作，协助工程团队完成测试数据收集、整理、分析和测试平台搭建。实习生将接触工业仪器产品全生命周期中的测试与验证流程，包括测试方案执行、实验记录管理、数据处理和测试报告整理。 该职位适合理工科背景、动手能力较强，同时希望了解产品研发、工程验证及测试体系建设的同学。主要职责 测试执行与支持 根据测试计划协助执行产品验证测试。 协助完成功能测试、性能测试和可靠性测试。 搭建和维护基础测试环境及测试工装。 记录测试过程和测试结果，确保数据准确完整。 协助排查测试过程中发现的问题并跟踪整改情况。数据处理与分析 负责测试数据收集、整理和归档。 使用Excel等工具进行数据分析和结果统计。 生成测试结果图表和分析报告。 协助工程师发现异常趋势并整理分析结论。 建立和维护测试数据库及测试记录。测试项目搭建 协助搭建简单测试项目和实验验证平台。 连接测试设备、传感器及数据采集系统。 协助进行测试设备调试和维护。 支持实验室设备管理及测试资源管理。 撰写测试指导文件和操作说明。工程文档与报告支持 整理测试报告及验证记录。 维护测试相关技术文件和项目资料。 协助编制测试总结报告。 支持产品认证和质量体系相关文档准备工作。AI工具与效率提升 运用AI工具协助数据分析和测试报告整理。 探索自动化测试和数据处理工具应用。 协助优化测试流程和工作效率。任职要求 基本要求 硕士在读。 每周可保证4天及以上出勤。 实习期不少于4个月。优先专业 电子工程 自动化 测控技术
