岗位职责 1． 根据不同客户的不同要求，以及公司现有资源情况，安排合适的流程完成翻译。全程管控负责，保证按时交稿。 2． 与代理律所、翻译公司协调沟通交稿时间、文件翻译质量等问题。 3．与公司内部其他欧美、亚洲办公室同事沟通稿件要求、交稿时间。 4．与公司内部翻译、排版部门同事沟通协调，并协助他们按时完成工作。必要时协调其他部门的人配合加班。确保按时交稿。 5．协助语言组安排新员工培训、文件质量检查。 任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，最低英语四级，通过六级者优先，英语专业优先。 2. 具有清晰的英文书面表达能力，有英文商务信函处理经验者优先。 3. 认真细心、学习能力强、责任心强、善于沟通。 4. 理解翻译流程，有翻译项目管理经验。最好了解专利相关知识。最好有Trados或其他翻译软件使用经验。 5. 能熟练使用Office 办公软件，有较强的办公软件学习能力。 6. 具有团队精神，善于与同事、其他项目管理人员和翻译人员进行沟通。 7. 较强的时间管理能力，和多任务协调能力，确保项目按进度及时完成并送交客户。 8. 具有在压力下，独立自主安排协调项目的能力。 9. 为人诚信，工作态度端正，对项目认真负责并勇于承担工作中的挑战。 10. 偶尔需要在常规工作时间之外处理紧急项目的安排和协调，一般不影响正常双休和节假日（服务期满一年者，可享受一定远程工作福利）。...
