关于人用药品业务 勃林格殷格翰的医药研发能力在业界全球领先。我们不断探索全新的医学突破，提供创新药物来满足患者在心血管疾病、呼吸疾病、代谢疾病、免疫学、肿瘤学和中枢神经系统疾病这些关键治疗领域的需求 。未来，公司将在心血管代谢、呼吸、肿瘤、免疫、中枢神经、眼底疾病等领域上市创新产品或现有产品的新适应症以满足中国患者的需求。 关于人用药品供应部： 人用药品供应部隶属于勃林格殷格翰大中华组织，也是公司全球供应链体系的重要组成部分。我们引进了世界先进的制药设备，设计和管理标准，拥有多条高科技自动包装线，先进的质量监控实验室和全自动立体高架仓库。我们不仅对企业在大中华区的产品供应和质量负责，而且供应东南亚市场包括新加坡、马来西亚、澳大利亚等国家市场。 岗位目标： 承担勃林格殷格翰人用药品张江工厂的公用工程系统的运行维护、技术管理、故障排查、持续改进。 岗位职责： 与团队其他工程师共同管理消防系统、自来水系统、纯水系统、水循环系统、废水处理系统、蒸汽系统、压缩空气系统、空调系统、制冷机&冷库系统、特种设备、防爆电气&防雷接地、实验室特气系统、实验室真空系统的运行及维护保养作业 与团队其他工程师共同承担团队资源分配及年度维护计划 与团队其他工程师共同对团队成员进行专业技能及工厂流程的技术指导和业务培训 与团队其他工程师共同监控及评估团队人工时利用率、维护质量及维护成本 与团队其他工程师共同承担对SAP预防性维护模块的日常管理 维护本职范围内公用工程系统的SOP及相关文件 负责本职范围内公用工程系统的预防性维护及补救性维护，管理第三方维保单位，降低设备故障对其他部门的影响 负责本职范围内公用工程系统的故障排查，执行根本原因分析并采取预防措施，解决相关缺陷，提高设备稳定性以及运行效率 负责本职范围内公用工程系统的升级改造项目，参与关键系统FAT/SAT，承担现场验证协调者角色 负责本职范围内公用工程系统的备品备件的申购审批流转、订购和到货跟踪工作 与团队其他工程师共同承担外部工程资源/技术方案的搜寻，准备相关项目预算，跟踪项目实施，对供应商现场施工进行管理 成为工厂公用工程系统的EHS合规性管理的主动参与者 确保各个GMP公用工程系统的建设、验证、运行与维护合规，符合数据完整性要求，配合GMP相关的偏差调查、CAPA执行以及变更管理 支持生产、质量、供应链等团队 任职要求： 大学本科或以上学历水平 过程装备与控制工程、化学工程与工艺、能源与动力工程、建筑环境与能源应用工程(暖通空调)等专业优先 至少5年相关领域工作经验, 制药/食品/化工/半导体行业优先 熟悉公用工程工艺流程和公用设备，包含但不限于消防系统、自来水系统、纯化水系统、水循环系统、废水处理系统、蒸汽系统、压缩空气系统、空调系统、制冷机&冷库系统、特种设备、防爆电气&防雷接地、实验室特气系统、实验室真空系统等等，至少是上述各公用工程系统之一的专家，熟悉纯水系统或者暖通系统优先 积极主动，善于学习，有变革精神 良好的沟通协调能力，有服务意识，有跨部门合作能力 具备公用系统运行、维修及故障排查的全面技能，有工程项目经验优先 具备相应工程标准的实用知识 至少熟练使用过一款维修管理软件 英文听说读写流利 熟练使用Office办公软件，熟悉CAD制图 有精益体系经验优先...
