【27届校招】 台架测试开发工程师（自动驾驶仿真） 广州 正式 研发 - 算法 职位描述 岗位职责：负责自动驾驶HIL 硬件在环台架的方案设计、硬件选型、系统集成、部署调试与日常运维，保障台架稳定高效运行，支撑域控制器 / ECU 的闭环测试与迭代验证。基于CarMaker、Carla等仿真工具，完成车辆动力学模型、传感器模型（摄像头 / 雷达 / 激光雷达）、交通场景与工况的搭建、参数标定与精度优化，实现真实驾驶环境的高保真还原。使用Python/C开发 HIL 自动化测试框架、测试脚本与工具链，实现用例自动化执行、数据采集、日志解析、结果判定与测试报告生成，提升测试覆盖率与效率。对接自动驾驶算法与软件团队，完成台架与实车 / 仿真环境的联调，负责 HIL 测试问题复现、根因定位、数据复盘与闭环跟踪，推动软硬件缺陷修复。制定 HIL 测试规范、流程与交付标准，维护台架软硬件资产、仿真模型库与测试用例库，持续优化测试体系与台架性能。 职位要求 基本条件：本科及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、电子信息、计算机、软件工程等相关专业。熟练掌握Python进行脚本开发、框架搭建与数据处理；具备C 语言开发能力，可完成底层接口、驱动或实时程序开发与调试。熟练使用CarMaker、Carla至少一种仿真工具，具备模型集成、场景编辑、仿真配置与仿真结果分析能力；了解 dSPACE/NI/Vector 等 HIL 台架硬件优先。掌握车载通信原理，熟悉CAN/CAN FD/LIN/Ethernet等总线协议，了解 CANoe、CAPL、ECUTest 等测试工具者优先。熟悉自动驾驶系统架构、感知 / 定位
