Job Description: 一、库区GMP标准化管理（核心重点） 1. 全面负责蓝区仓库GMP落地与日常管控，严格执行食品/宠物食品生产GMP规范，涵盖库区环境卫生、温湿度管控、物料分区隔离、防交叉污染、人员作业卫生规范等全维度管理。 2. 落实库区洁净管理要求，规范人员进出、物料进出、作业动线管理，定期开展GMP自查、问题整改、闭环管理，确保库区长期符合生产合规及审计要求。 3. 规范原料和成品存储、摆放、批次管理、先进先出、有效期管控，杜绝混批、混料、过期、污染等质量风险，保障原料仓储质量稳定可控。 二、库房设施设备管理 1. 全面负责蓝区库房所有仓储设施设备管理，包含货架、地台板、温湿度设备、消杀设备、搬运设备、除尘设备等日常点检、保养、报修、台账记录。 2. 建立设备日常巡检机制，及时发现设备老化、损坏、异常问题，跟进维修整改，确保所有设备完好可用、合规运行。 3. 规范设备使用标准、保养周期、责任人管理，杜绝设备带病作业，保障仓储作业稳定、安全、连续运行。 三、库房人员管理与排班管理 1. 负责蓝区库房班组人员日常管理、岗位职责划分、合理排班、考勤纪律、现场作业监督，保障各岗位工作有序衔接，无岗位空档、无作业遗漏。 2. 开展班组岗位技能培训、GMP操作培训、安全作业培训、系统操作培训，持续提升员工标准化作业能力，统一作业标准，降低人为差错。 3. 负责班组日常工作考核、问题纠偏、现场管理，打造纪律规范、执行力强、合规意识高的仓储作业团队。 四、库存准确率与货物质量管理 1. 负责蓝区原料/成品入库、存储、领用、退库、盘点全流程管控，严格执行批次管理、先进先出、近效期优先管理，确保账、物、卡、系统完全一致。 2. 制定日常盘点、周盘点、月盘点计划，分析库存差异原因，制定改善措施，持续提升库存准确率，杜绝错料、少料、漏账、串批次问题。 3. 管控原料/成品存储状态，及时排查受潮、破损、变质、异常物料，做到隔离、标识、上报、闭环处理，严控原料质量风险。 五、仓储系统（WMS）数据正确性管理 1. 负责蓝区库房WMS系统日常数据管理，确保入库、出库、调拨、盘点、批次、库位数据录入及时、准确、规范，杜绝错录、漏录、虚录。 2. 规范系统操作流程，监督员工扫码、录入、单据流转规范性，定期核对系统数据与实物库存，保障系统数据可追溯、可审计。 3.
