3D/美术领域测试工程师（美术向QA） Beijing Experienced Full-time Responsibilities 工作职责1、美术表现测试：负责对web端内的场景、角色、怪物、UI、过场动画等美术资产和效果表现进行测试，关注其在游戏引擎内的最终呈现效果；2、PBR流程验证：深入验证美术资源在PBR（基于物理的渲染）流程下的准确性，包括但不限于：检查Albedo、Normal、Metallic、Roughness等PBR贴图的通道配置是否正确，验证不同光照环境下的材质质感、金属度、粗糙度反馈是否真实合理，确保美术效果符合物理渲染标准；3、工具运用与检查：熟悉3D模型的相关工具，如blender等；4、问题跟进与沉淀：及时暴露并推动解决测试中发现的美术表现、资源错误等问题，对常见问题进行归纳总结，并将测试经验文档化分享；5、管线优化协作：发现美术生产流程中的风险或效率问题，协同美术、策划、程序等上下游团队进行流程优化。 Qualifications 任职要求1、专业背景：计算机、艺术类或相关专业（如数字媒体、建筑设计等）优先，具备美术功底或审美能力是加分项；2、核心软技能：具备较强的逻辑思辨能力，工作耐心细致、有责任心，善于发现问题并推动解决；3、工具与引擎：熟悉游戏引擎（如Unity、Unreal等），了解模型、动画、特效、场景、渲染、灯光等至少一个美术制作方向的基础知识；对PBR材质制作流程和标准有基本认知；4、审美：热爱3D，是资深“画面党”，对画面和美术表现有较高要求和挑剔眼光；5、沟通与抗压：具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能承受一定强度的工作压力。加分项1、可随简历附带个人美术或设计作品集；2、具备一定的AI工具应用能力（用于提升测试效率）；3、了解模型搭建、特效制作、渲染管线或关卡美术等具体方向，或熟悉Substance系列等PBR材质制作工具。 Apply...
