Company Description Bosch China Innovation and Software Development Campus 博世创新与软件开发中心 博世创新软件开发（无锡）有限公司针对交通出行的电动化、自动化、互联化、个性化，提供面向未来的创新技术和前沿解决方案，加速针对中国市场的技术战略的实现和发展。博世软件中心主要发展方向包括智能网联汽车、智能座舱、自动驾驶、车路云协同、工业4.0、人工智能大数据、智能家居、嵌入式软件服务。博世中国创新与软件开发中心以软件为客户赋能，在汽车自动驾驶、氢燃料电池、重卡电驱动桥、多合一的控制器等多个领域取得创新研发成果。 Job Description 本岗位是ADAS仿真/工具领域与AOS（汽车操作系统）软件架构领域的核心衔接岗位，既要具备ADAS仿真工具开发、仿真场景搭建、仿真验证的专业能力，也要精通AOS软件架构设计、模块划分、接口定义及底层适配逻辑，负责打通仿真环节与AOS架构落地的技术壁垒，推动ADAS功能从仿真验证到实际车载软件架构落地的高效衔接，保障ADAS功能的仿真有效性、架构可行性及工程化落地效率。 核心职责 仿真与架构衔接设计：结合ADAS仿真需求（场景仿真、功能仿真、性能仿真），对接AOS软件架构设计，制定仿真环境与AOS架构的适配方案，明确仿真工具与AOS底层模块、中间件、应用层接口的衔接规范，确保仿真场景能够精准映射AOS架构的运行逻辑。 仿真工具与AOS适配开发：参与ADAS仿真工具（如Prescan、Carsim、SIL/HIL仿真平台）的定制化开发，负责仿真工具与AOS操作系统的接口开发、数据交互调试，解决仿真过程中与AOS架构不兼容、数据传输异常等问题。 架构层面仿真验证：基于AOS软件架构设计，搭建针对性的ADAS仿真验证场景，对AOS架构的实时性、可靠性、资源占用率进行仿真验证，输出仿真报告，提出AOS架构优化建议，同时确保ADAS功能在仿真环境中的表现与实际车载架构一致。 技术对接与协同：对接ADAS仿真/工具团队，梳理仿真需求并转化为AOS架构可落地的技术要求；对接AOS软件架构团队，同步仿真环节的问题与优化建议，推动双方技术协同，解决跨领域技术分歧。 规范与文档输出：制定ADAS仿真与AOS架构衔接的技术规范、接口文档、仿真验证流程，沉淀技术经验，输出相关技术文档、测试报告及优化方案，支撑团队标准化作业。 技术攻关与创新：跟踪ADAS仿真技术、AOS软件架构技术的行业发展趋势，针对仿真与架构衔接中的难点问题（如实时性仿真、多模块协同仿真、架构轻量化适配）开展技术攻关，提出创新解决方案。 Qualifications 学历与专业 本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、车辆工程（智能网联方向）、自动化等相关专业，5年以上相关工作经验。 核心技能 ADAS仿真能力：精通至少1种主流ADAS仿真工具（Prescan/Carsim/Simulink等），具备仿真场景搭建、仿真用例设计、SIL/HIL仿真测试经验，了解ADAS核心功能（ACC、AEB、LCC等）的仿真验证逻辑。 AOS软件架构能力：精通车载操作系统（AOS）架构设计，熟悉AOS底层驱动、中间件（如SOME/IP、DDS）、应用层模块划分及接口定义，了解AOS与ADAS功能模块的适配原理。 开发与调试能力：具备C/C++/Python等编程语言基础，能够进行仿真工具与AOS接口的开发、调试，具备问题定位与解决能力，熟悉车载以太网、CAN/LIN总线相关知识者优先。 衔接与协同能力：具备较强的跨领域技术对接能力，能够清晰梳理仿真需求与架构需求，推动两个领域的技术协同，具备良好的沟通表达与文档撰写能力。 加分项 有ADAS仿真工具与车载操作系统（如QNX、Linux、Android Automotive OS）适配经验者优先； 参与过ADAS功能从仿真验证到量产落地全流程项目者优先； 熟悉功能安全（ISO 26262）相关标准，有功能安全相关项目经验者优先。...
