Job Overview 综述 This is an operator for GUR operation team Responsibilities 职责 认真学习本公司、本岗位的EHS程序及错做规程，积极参加班组安全活动，学习岗位操作技能； 认真执行本岗位生产（工作）的各项管理制度，按规定巡回检查，在各自的生产（工作）岗位上对安全生产负责； 认真维护保养本岗位上的生产设备(比如包装机、缠膜机等)、安全装置，发现缺陷及时消除，推进未遂事故及潜在风险的汇报到OIS 和NSOI系统。熟悉本岗位有毒有害物质性质，熟知急救方法、消防知识、个人防护知识； 正确使用、妥善保管各种防护用品、器具和防护器材、消防器材。每两周检查一次并作记录； 不违章作业，并劝阻或制止他人违章作业，对违章指挥有权拒绝执行，同时及时向部门经理报告； 积极参与公司的事故预案演练及响应，熟悉应急消防器材的使用和维护保养； 具有许可证签发资格的人员，在工作前负责与工作组进行有效沟通、共同确认现场，识别风险并采取措施消除或降低风险，签发工作许可证，并不定期在现场检查，确保现场施工过程中人员的行为以及设备设施的安全，同时避免程序的偏离； 熟练使用叉车，取得叉车操作证，注意周边的情况，避免碰撞事故的发生； 搞好岗位的环境卫生，注意粉尘防爆区的防火防爆要求，做到文明生产； 积极参加班组工具箱会议及班组安全活动，提出合理化建议。 发生安全生产事故后，立即向上汇报，并参与采取有效措施防止事故扩大 安全使用叉车，每次使用前检查，及时汇报叉车的事故及事件 Qualifications 要求 希望化学化工大专以上学历（不低于高中或者中专化工专业），如果有聚合工艺证书更好，建议1-2年有工作经验；...
