采购经理 东莞 智能制造 / 工业互联网 / 工业自动化 职位描述 岗位职责1.供应链策略统筹制定年度 / 季度寻源与供应策略，搭建品类采购策略体系，平衡项目及量产需求，保障物料稳定、低成本供应，持续优化采购成本结构。2.供应商全生命周期管理 主导核心供应商开发、调研、准入审核、绩效评级、续约、淘汰全流程；拓展上游优质资源，搭建供应商资源池；从交付、品质、价格、服务多维度开展绩效考核，推动供应商持续改善，管控断供、品质、价格波动供应链风险。3.成本优化与商务谈判 主导核心物料、新项目物料商务谈判、价格核定、采购合同拟定与评审；运用多渠道寻源、比价议价、替代物料开发、国产化替代等方式实现结构性降本；跟踪原材料、元器件市场行情，预判成本风险，输出应对方案。4.计划、库存与交付管理 牵头 S&OP 产销协同流程，统筹需求预测、生产排产、采购订单下达及全流程跟催；管理全国仓库存水位，制定差异化库存策略，平衡交付水平与资金周转，管控呆滞库存，保障账实准确；对接物流承运商，跟进提货发货，管控物流成本；建立缺料预警、BCP 业务连续应急预案，处理生产 / 项目交付异常。5.NPI 新项目导入 & 跨部门协同 深度对接研发、工程、生产、项目部门，推动供应商 ESI 早期介入研发；在新项目立项阶段介入，完成物料选型寻源、样品确认、小批量试产、量产爬坡全流程支撑，解决工程变更带来的供应冲击，保障新项目顺利落地；快速协调处理交期延误、来料品质异常等各类问题闭环。6.流程体系搭建与风险管控 优化采购寻源流程、供应商管理流程与采购合规体系，保障采购合规透明；识别断供、价格暴涨、品质缺陷等供应链风险，搭建风险预警、备选供应商机制；持续迭代 SOP 作业规范。7.数据复盘与团队管理 定期输出采购降本、供应商绩效、库存、交付等数据分析报告，复盘问题迭代寻源与供应链策略；带领供应链团队，做好任务分配、过程管控、绩效复盘，完成公司下达的降本、交付、品质、库存各项核心指标。 职位要求 任职要求1.本科及以上学历，供应链、物流、机械机电、电子相关专业优先；5 年以上硬件装备 / 自动化设备行业供应链管理经验，3 年及以上团队管理经验。2.熟悉电子元器件市场行情、工艺、成本结构，熟悉 BOM 结构；精通供应商开发寻源、比价议价、NPI
