质量运营专家 上海 全职 采购 / 贸易 / 交通 / 物流 供应链类 职位描述 1. 商品主数据治理 - 指标达成管理：跟踪主数据原因导致的赔付金额，舆情等核心指标，进行归因分析识别风险并持续追踪目标达成 - 工作流持续优化：协同交易团队各类目，针对主数据核实链路进行优化和提效； - 主数据运营：协助完成仓内提出的主数据相关问题的回复及纠偏解决；协同交易团队跟踪完成商品主数据信息更正的维护和闭环；协同仓和交易团队，针对主数据修改引起的库存商品的处理进行沟通和确认2. 病单治理与优化 - 指标达成管理：跟踪病单万单率（门槛/目标/挑战值）、赔付金额等核心指标，进行达成率分析和gap归因，识别风险并持续追踪目标达成 - 工作流持续优化：针对病单形成的整个工作流场景进行漏洞识别和效率/效果优化，持续修复工作流中的bug和异常，提高工作流效率，改善病单指标 - 高贡献维度拆解：从不同维度拆解病单单量和万单率，定位高贡献gap项目/仓/问题等场景，协同各项目方或产品、算法等相关方，制定优化策略，推动落地实施 - 仓内专项优化：针对仓责top问题，协同各仓分仓专项跟进，推动和监控各仓落地达成3. 跨部门质量机制 - 承接客诉、舆情、病单及 CAPA 流程中暴露的跨部门新型问题场景，从问题定义到机制落地的闭环。典型场景如：交易提需供应链协同规则缺失、商研需求变更协同流程优化、批量商品问题处理无标准路径等。 - 明确问题边界与各方权责，输出标准化的流程规则，协同交易、商研、仓内等相关方，推动机制运行落地，跟踪执行效果，确保同类问题不再重复发生。 职位要求
