IT（复合型）网络工程师 上海 正式 AI类 职位描述 岗位说明：本岗位立足于IT基础架构业务方向网络工程师，同时将通过内部培养机制交叉培训弱电智能化、服务器、系统运维等多维度技术栈，并通过具体项目强化项目管理能力；并根据候选人具体意向，培养成为一名一专多能的复合型IT工程师或IT经理。岗位职责：1.网络工程建设与运维参与公司网络架构规划、设计与实施，包括新建智能工厂、数据中心网络等；负责网络设备的日常运维、故障诊断与性能调优；在导师带教下逐步独立承接网络运维任务和小规模网络需求。2.弱电工程协同管理学习并掌握智能工厂/智慧楼宇各智能化系统的基本原理和组成架构；参与智慧工厂等弱电智能化需求的分解、设计与现场管理；配合弱电工程师完成交叉技术领域的工作协同和系统调试。3.系统与服务器基础能力建设学习并掌握服务器系统架构、存储及基础运维技能；逐步承担服务器基础设施的搭建与日常运维支持。4.技术储备与团队协同作为各技术方向的热备力量，支持团队快速响应业务扩张需求；主动参与技术分享与交流，激发团队学习活力；参与团队AI提效工具开发和推广工作； 职位要求 -学历背景：硕士及以上学历；-专业方向：网络工程、计算机工程、软件工程、建筑电气与智能化、智能制造等相关专业。-知识与技能1.具备基本的网络工程知识储备，熟悉 TCP/IP 协议栈、路由交换基础；2.了解常见网络设备（交换机、路由器、防火墙）的基本原理；3.熟悉至少一种主流网络操作系统（如 Cisco IOS、华为 VRP、H3C Comware）优先。-素质能力1.学习能力极强：对新技术有强烈好奇心和求知欲，能主动学习新知识；2.沟通表达较好：能清晰阐述技术方案和思路；3.抗压与适应性：能适应多任务并行节奏，未来可配合工厂新建/业务扩张的跨区域支援需求。-加分项1.高校期间参与过企业级网络架构搭建实战项目；2.参加过网络技术竞赛（如 HCIA/HCIP、CCNA/CCNP 认证等）；3.有相关实习经历（企业级网络搭建、智能工厂/“黑灯”工厂实习实训等）；4.重度AI工具使用或AI工具开发经历。 投递...
