K8S集群管理研发实习生 北京、上海 校招 实习 研发 - 基础架构 2028届实习生招聘 职位描述 - 参与 Kubernetes 集群管理平台的开发与维护。- 协助完成集群创建、扩缩容、升级、节点管理、巡检等自动化能力建设。- 协助分析和解决集群稳定性、配置一致性及资源管理问题。- 参与自动化脚本、控制器或平台工具开发，减少人工操作并提升集群交付与运维效率。 职位要求 - 计算机或相关专业本科/硕士在读，具备扎实的计算机基础。- 熟悉 Go、Python、Java、C++ 中至少一门语言，能够独立完成基础编码、调试和测试。- 熟悉操作系统、计算机网络、数据结构与算法等基础知识。- 了解 Docker、容器和 Kubernetes 的基本概念，有实际使用或项目经验优先。- 具备较强的学习能力、问题分析能力和责任心。- 每周可实习 4 天及以上，持续 3 个月及以上优先。加分项- 有 Kubernetes、Docker、Linux 运维或云原生项目经验。-
