Job Overview 综述 在对于人员或环境没有伤害，并且没有可靠性问题的前提下，根据生产计划生产合格的产品：1. 根据SOP，SOC以及良好的惯例操作工艺设施2. 具备优秀的生产一线的工艺知识来监控，预测，汇报，消除，解决或者升级可能影响4个核心原则的问题 Responsibilities 职责 Stewardship签发工作票及时逐条确认DCS/PLC上产线的报警并做出及时的响应， 根据需求提出bypass的申请设备LOTO， 维修设备的交接以及上线参加交接班会议进行行为和条件相关的安全观察观察，沟通识别潜在的风险，汇报分享未遂事故. 参加或者根据情况发起紧急响应以安全的方式启动或停止生产线根据Con-ops政策执行工作，并且进行正确的工作交接工作票，EIP，SOL，安全分享与解决，EOP，叉车，工具使用，关注于每班产线S方面的KPI的执行，反馈，优化。环境相关合规（1号雨排，粉尘控制，VOC，产线除尘除烟，静电接地，废水）现场定期的产线巡检，识别潜在的安全风险并消除或者升级墙图执行Quality根据SOC的指导生产产品并针对任何偏离及时响应根据要求取过程样和成品样，并且针对于过程样的结果趋势进行提前干预，防止不合格品的产生 每班抽检原料投料过程，确保根据SOC使用了正确的原料每班抽检成品包装过程，确保标识，重量，包材，包装形式等100%符合要求在班组内识别消除现场交叉污染的风险，并反馈给ME确保SOC记录的完整，工整，可信现场巡检Reliability执行日常的SQRE的巡检，并预见性的汇报，消除和解决紧急的问题 对于现场设备进行巡检，确保设备的完整性以及正确的操作使用。 根据实际的情况判断是否需要升级给RE处置。正确的监控生产工艺，DCS的基本操作，报警的响应，现场仪表数值的读取等针对异常的操作情况进行调查和故障处置 根据SOP， SOC或者操作指导OAM等操作现场的设备，比如阀门，泵，更换滤网等现场产线切换工作的备件准备，清理检查等班组交接 EngagementSOP的日常执行并提出改进建议 识别并提出完美SQRE的差距点，提出改进的想法或者项目来完成持续改进的目标强化所有同事，承包商和客户SQR的文化积极参加培训，提高培训质量，达到培训要求交接班对岗交接，交接记录清晰明确培训新人，提高新人的培训质量提升产线质量（加料，包装。。。）参与优化生产工艺条件 Qualifications 要求 理解工艺技术，设备以及操作程序日常操作的设备/工具故障判断和处置原料和产品相关的知识识别标杆和处置异常状况的能力处置异常情况/设备异常的能力...
