岗位职责： 1. 充分了解区域和所属分公司整体收款进程，及时向区总、分公司经理和信控经理提交分公司应收帐款和收款的动态分析，及提示收款和坏帐风险。 2. 参与合同评审，提示客户最近帐龄，逾期原因和潜在信用风险。 3. 负责提醒、跟踪并协助区域内各分公司合同质保金和保函的回收工作。. 4. 参加每月的（区域、分公司）应收帐款及收款会议，了解逾期款项的原因，建议相应的催收行动。 5. 催收与监控逾期款项，处理逾期时间较长,未按承诺付款或有争议的帐款，愿意尽最大努力追款，尽可能避免账目恶化为坏账。 6. 通过电话或其他可用途径联系客户，评估其个体情况，确定合适的行动方案，包括确定为付款的原因，商讨付款计划、为客户该如何履行其义务提供建议、说明未履行义务的后果等； 7. 在分公司的配合下，负责区域内历史遗留款项的催收工作；根据总部对诉讼项目和部分老帐清算的要求，要求分公司收集整理和提交相关合同文件。 8. 适时介入疑难款项的收取工作。 9. 负责投标保证金申请的评审、跟踪。 10. 组织信控培训。 11. 上级领导安排的其他工作。 岗位要求： 1. 本科以上学历，商务，财务或法律相关专业 2. 具备2年以上相关工作经验 （主管\经理级别5年以上相关工作经验） 3. 基本英语水平，熟悉电脑办公自动化系统 4. 乐观主动积极，抗压性高，勇于接受挑战 5. 有责任感和团队合作精神 At
