【集团】公共事务负责人 上海 全职 职位描述 1、体系搭建：牵头海外公共事务团队组建与管理，建立标准化工作流程、管理制度及风险预警与应急响应机制，确保海外运营合规有序。 2、风险管控：牵头制定各国政策风险、舆论风险的识别、评估与应对预案，协助各海外区处理重大突发事件与危机公关，持续提升集团全球品牌美誉度。 3、国际组织对接：建立并维护与UPU、IATA、WCO、全球快递协会等国际组织的合作关系，争取有利的国际规则与行业标准；同步对接国际智库与咨询机构，为战略决策提供信息支撑。 4、海外业务赋能：结合各国业务发展阶段差异，指导各海外区开展本地政府、媒体关系搭建与维护，协助解决通关便利、政策资源等业务落地问题，为市场进入和重大项目提供公共事务支持。 5、应急处理：处理突发公共事务事件，协调政府资源快速响应，维护公司品牌形象与合法权益。 职位要求 1、教育程度及专业要求：本科及以上学历，国际关系、公共管理、法学、新闻传播、物流管理等相关专业优先，硕士优先。 2、工作经验：① 8年以上公共事务、政府关系经验，3年以上跨国企业或龙头企业公共事务团队管理经验；② 有物流、跨境电商、国际供应链行业背景者优先；③ 英语可作为工作语言，能独立开展国际谈判与高层会晤。 3、知识/技能要求：① 熟悉不同国家的政治体制、商业环境与媒体生态，能与多元文化背景的利益相关方建立良好合作关系；② 具备较强的应急处理与抗压能力，能从容应对海外重大突发事件；③ 具备优秀的跨区域团队管理能力、组织协调能力与公文写作能力；④ 能适应较频繁的国内外出差。 4、核心能力项：① 战略思维强：能从全球视角研判国际政策与行业趋势，前瞻性布局公共事务策略；② 沟通协调能力强：具备高层级国际谈判与跨文化沟通能力，能有效整合内外部资源；③ 应变抗压能力强：面对复杂突发事件决策果断，行动迅速，保持稳定输出。 投递...
