Job Tasks工作任务: 负责加工中心机床的操作、维护与日常保养. 服从生产安排进行产品试制及批量生产，按图纸要求对产品进行处理确保产品质量. 协助车间，工程和品质分析，处理和解决质量问题，并在制造工程师的指导下提出和完成改进方案。 与质检部门积极配合确保所有量具及时校准。 按要求填写加工中心机床及产品的文件及资料，做好生产操作记录、设备保养记录。 负责按工艺和图纸技术要求的规定进行产品零件试制及批量的加工和制造。 严格按工艺图纸进行产品零件的自检，并对自检的检验结果负责。 配合检验员做好产品零件的首检、复检、抽检工作。 正确使用车间计量器具，保证量具处于良好的使用状态，确保使用量具在有效校验期内，配合质量部门做好量具校验工作。 服从主管的安排，完成主管下达的工作任务。 认真维护、保养好使用设备，防止设备事故，提高生产效率。 认真做好交、接班工作，做好周围和设备的清洁卫生。 遵守劳动纪律，做好文明生产。 Report line汇报关系: 上级主管：生产主管 Others其他: ● Perform other work-related tasks as assigned. 完成领导其他指派的工作相关任务。 Education and work experience教育及工作经历: 中技/高中或大专以上学历 Knowledge and Technical competencies知识及技能要求:
