POSITION OBJECTIVE: 负责拧紧设备和相关产品的电气设计、调试及相关的项目管理工作等 RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责: 负责项目设计、规划、实施、监管等责任，协助团队高质量完成相关项目； 熟练操作电控柜内部电气布线，设备主体电气布线，电控柜控制面板设计、PLC、触摸屏、变频器、机器人的编程，电气部件选型等； 熟练的进行非标设备的电气设计，包括设备整体电气设计，外购件选型，设计图纸输出； 电气工程师在项目执行过程中将作为项目团队的主要成员之一，负责项目中涉及电气部分的设计、调试、技术支持等工作; 能够独立调试电动拧紧工具、刷机以及标定工作； 参与项目前期电气部分的招投标技术支持，协助方案报价人员进行前期客户需求方面的搜集，沟通，风险评估和设计开发周期评估，给出切实可行的解决方案和项目实施计划； 根据客户和项目需求，愿意并能够独立出差与客户沟通项目问题，解决现场的问题； 能够根据项目需要出差到客户现场，独立与客户进行电气需求方面的沟通，并整理电气部分的技术要求和相关电气设计所需要的资料文档； 编写和审核技术协议中关于电气部分的功能描述，根据最终的技术协议要求，能够在项目规定时间内完成电气的开发设计、调试和验收工作； 项目执行过程中，能够积极主动管理项目或支持项目经理按照项目进度要求完成项目各个阶段的工作，确保项目按照进度推进，满足项目整体交付需求； 项目执行过程中，能够积极主动配合软件工程师一起完成和优化项目的整体功能设计和优化； 项目安装调试阶段，负责客户现场电气的调试工作，包括和客户技术人员的沟通对接，提供服务工程师和客户相关人员的培训，整理相关验收资料、培训资料做好交接； 针对已开发设计的产品，在使用过程中的问题能够及时完成升级优化，掌握整体项目过程中的出现问题、解决方案及行动计划；能解决设备在装配过程中出现的电气方面的技术问题； 参与公司新产品研发工作，在各个阶段提供电气开发方面的技术支持； 为销售、市场、产品及服务部门提供产品方面的电气功能测试支持、解决方案和安装支持，负责培训和技术文档编写；编制新设备操作及维护保养程序，及员工操作与维护培训； 做好日常工作过程中各种技术文件的规范化管理以及配合本部门安排的其他相关支持工作； 分析客户的电气协议及规范，并检查其可行性，评估实现客户特定协议的设计开发成本和交付时间 日常工作过程中各种设计文件的管理以及公司安排的其他相关工作。 Qualifications: 电气自动化或机电一体化相关专业，本科及以上学历 ，具备良好的英语听说读写能力； 熟悉工业电气自动化设计、PLC程序、人机界面、机器人编程等，五年以上相关工作经验； 二年以上电动拧紧设备工作经验和三年以上非标自动化设备行业相关经验的优先考虑； 熟练使用EPLAN、CAD等电气原理图设计软件 熟练使用PLC品牌Siemens、MITSUBISHI、AB等编程软件 具备独立完成较复杂的设计工作能力； 有较强的时间观念，严谨细致，积极主动，有责任心，并具有良好的团队合作及沟通能力，注重内外部客户的体验...
